SLA awards tenders for Dempsey Road properties to Power Moves and Florte Design
Curio Home Accents provided the optimum price quote of $40,000 pm. Other bidders consist of Lotusonwater Feng Shui ($21,700 pm), Maywell Lifestyles ($13,244 pm), V-Zug Singapore ($12,500 pm), Elliott’s Antiques ($12,000 pm), Estudio Technologies ($10,800 pm) and Petizen ($5,000 pm).
Power Moves won the tender for 13 Dempsey Road (# 01-05 and # 01-07) and 13A Dempsey Road. The properties, which are accepted for health and fitness purpose, take up an acreage of 9,657 sq ft and have a merged estimated gross floor area (GFA) of 8,783 sq ft.
Florte Design plans to open a marketplace for retail flower and life-style merchandise on the place with an all-day cafeteria services floral-infused drinks. The real estate will even feature a health and fitness studio and a flexible event space-cum-photo studio with floral arrangements.

The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and Singapore Tourism Board (STB) have recently granted 2 different tenders for properties along Dempsey Roadway. The two tenders come with a first five-year contract, with the possibility to prolong for an additional title of 4 years.
Power Moves’ proposal of $41,200 pm represents a 8.4% costs over the following highest bid of $38,000 pm that was submitted by Lotusonwater Feng Shui. Different bidders include Theta Collective ($22,000 pm), The Smok Hous ($13,777 pm) and Center Solutions ($7,007 pm).
