Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties
Global hospitality member Accor has already inked an arrangement with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels to open two new-build real estates that will house three hotels. All three hotels are going to be release by 2027.
The partnership at the moment has a portfolio of 17 hotels in Singapore, 5 in Australia and 3 in the UK. The resorts are under companies like MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.
The confirmings for the 3 new resorts are the latest in Accor’s established relationship with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels, both of these of that are operated by Koh Wee Meng, director of Fragrance Group.
The other real estate, established at Waterloo Street, will be the site of a new resort under the Handwritten Collection Brand. The 502-key property is the 2nd in Singapore following the Handwritten Collection brand name, complying with the release of Resort Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.
Some of the two brand-new properties rises at Hoe Chiang Roadway. It will definitely house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the biggest Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific region. It is going to also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key lodging targeted at travellers finding prolonged visits.
