CBRE acquires Singapore-based sustainability advisory firm Paia Consulting
On August 1, CBRE announced that it has already acquired Paia Consulting, a Singapore-based sustainability advisory company. The acquisition is part of the New York Stock Exchange-listed global realty services firm’s expansion of its sustainability advisory organization in Asia Pacific.
Moray Armstrong, managing director of CBRE Singapore, claims the intro of Paia’s capabilities will put CBRE at the leading edge of ESG advisory in Singapore and throughout Asia Pacific. “Our professionals will partner with clients on reporting, education, conformity, benchmarking, building, and carrying out ESG plans. CBRE will efficiently impact the developed environment.”
David Fogarty, that has led CBRE’s ESG Consulting and Sustainability Services group in Asia from 2022, definitely will lead the expanded team at Paia from CBRE.
Carrie Johnson began Paia Consulting and is its founding head. She has more than 20 years of expertise in sustainability method, reporting, and ecological issues. Corrado Forcellati, Paia Consulting’s supervising supervisor since 2021, assists companies in Singapore and Southeast Asia incorporate sustainability right into their business procedures.
In August 2023, Keppel employed Bennett Wong, former principal specialist at Paia Consulting, to become its team sustainability top manager. Wong left in July to join professional services company RSM.

In June, United Overseas Bank and Enterprise Singapore released a sustainability consultatory program for SMEs, in partnership with Paia Consulting, CDP, Convene ESG, M1, PwC Singapore and TÜV SÜD.
