Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

Coliwoo has already launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand, a co-living branch among the realty administration services team LHN Group, disclosed in its statement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.

The Pasir Panjang Road property spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Previously the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the team obtained the residential or commercial property vacant.

Chong Ching Yeng, primary business specialist of Coliwoo, says that the label is delighted to expand its co-living portfolio within the metro fringe following the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the demand among students and functioning professionals for long-lasting yet versatile stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang flaunts comfort and accessibility free from compromising on top quality, specifically with its prime location in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are created with maritime themes, integrating light grey colors and vibrant marine blue shades to show the seaside associations of the location. All bedrooms are self-supporting studio units with help services, including a self-service mobile application, an onsite assistant and housekeeping services.

Coliwoo plans to open extra co-living buildings in numerous areas next year, consisting of River Valley Road, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Road, Lavender Avenue and Arab Street.

The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and roughly 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for convenience, it is a brief drive from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The area even uses closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
